The platinum is a completion checklist across two regions — Fainweald and Mammon. Below are the real locations for every tracked collectible, the two glitch traps, and the counts. Grab Map Fragments first — they light up everything else. (This is a day-one game; the last few spots the community hasn't mapped are marked, and we update them as they're confirmed.)

Golden rule: reveal Beacons with Map Fragments, then fully clear each region before you progress — it banks Ova, Glimpses and collectibles at once and saves painful backtracking.
