Three collectible trophies: From Beyond the Stars (50 spaceship parts), A Mystery, Solved (50 letter scraps) and Waste Management (30 nuclear waste). Every single item is listed below with its exact spot, written by us.

Route tip: do the spaceship parts and letter scraps together as Franklin: they're spread over the same areas. A helicopter from the hospital roof makes the rooftop ones quick. Quick-save before the awkward ones (Raton Canyon arch, Penris building, the crane).

Find all 50 letter scraps (any character). The pieces rebuild a confession. Then go to the green question mark as Franklin for A Starlet in Vinewood and deal with the killer. The trophy pops at the end of that mission, not when you grab the 50th scrap.

How to earn it

Buy the Sonar Collections Dock in Paleto Bay ($250,000). A submarine appears at the dock with the Trackify radar. Find all 30 barrels on the sea floor. Each barrel pays $23,000 plus a bonus at the end, so it pays for itself.

Talk to Omega near Sandy Shores as Franklin first (Far Out, after Fame or Shame); only Franklin can pick the parts up. They glow and make a humming sound nearby. Numbered roughly south to north. A few need a helicopter: the Central Los Santos hospital roof usually has a Maverick.

37	Vinewood Hills	Next to the tree in the middle of the car park.
38	Banham Canyon	In the back garden of the house.
39	Mount Josiah	Under the wooden bridge.

41	Mount Josiah	Near the peak, on the first ledge of cliffs.
42	Raton Canyon	On a rocky island below the bridge.

All 30 nuclear waste barrels (submarine)

Buy the Sonar Collections Dock in Paleto Bay ($250,000) with any character, take the submarine and use the Trackify radar. Numbered in a route order starting at the dock, going east round the coast and back down the west side. Each description follows on from the one before.

1	North-east of the Sonar Collections Dock, in the seaweed.
2	North of #1, towards the point of Paleto Bay, next to a small mound on the sea floor.
3	North-east of #2, on the west side of Paleto Bay, by a narrow tunnel opening.
4	East of Paleto Bay, just west of the loop in the coast road. It's down in a dark crevice between low rocks.
5	Directly north of that road loop, right under a rock archway.
6	West of #5, nearer the truck stop, on a flat patch between rocks in a small undersea valley.
7	North of Mount Gordo, in a deep ravine on a shallow ledge just above crush depth.
8	East of #7: go down past two big ledges along the cliff face. It's right at the edge of crush depth.
9	South of #8, nearer Mount Gordo, on the sea floor beside a jagged rock east of an underwater arch.
10	Right next to #9, directly under that arch.
11	North-east of the San Chianski range, just outside the bay by Humane Labs, in the weed next to a pointed rock.
12	In the open middle of the bay by Humane Labs.
13	In the deepest part of the Humane Labs bay, hidden in seaweed.
14	At the mouth of the bay by the Palomino Highlands, in the seaweed.
15	South-east of that bay, at the very bottom of a deep crevasse.
16	Due east of the car scrapyard (El Burro Heights), stuck in the cliff side under a kelp bed.
17	South-east of the scrapyard, level with the north end of the red tanker, at the base of the taller of two rocks.

19	At the end of the Del Perro Pier, where the pillars stop.

21	Just west of #20, perched on the edge of a flat, plank-shaped ledge.
22	North of #21 towards Pacific Bluffs, under a kelp bed among medium-sized rocks.
23	Further north-west along the Bluffs, on top of a mound.
24	South of the pier near Banham Canyon, in shallow water on a gently sloping reef. Easy to see.
25	South of the Zancudo River mouth, on the sea floor.
26	North of the river mouth by Lago Zancudo, on the sea floor (visibility is poor here).
27	West of #26, round the bend by Lago Zancudo, next to a row of rocks in the seaweed.
28	South of the sunken plane wreck, on a ledge surrounded by seaweed.
29	West of North Chumash, deep in a valley on a rocky ledge.
30	Close to #29, further along the same valley. Very near crush depth, so watch the gauge.

30 submarine parts (Death at Sea, optional)

Not needed for any trophy or for 100%, but here for completionists: Abigail's Death at Sea (Michael, after Blitz Play, needs the Sonar Collections Dock) sends you after 30 pieces in a dinghy with a sonar tracker. Each area is highlighted on the map.

4	On the sea floor beside another piece of wreck with two engines.

6	Straight below the cargo plane on the sea floor, near a piece of wing.
7	Next to a landing-gear wheel.
8	Inside the plane body by that landing gear, towards the back past a ladder.
9	Under the stairs of a sunken ship (briefcase on the upper deck, sniper rifle nearby).
10	Under the stairs of a sunken metal hulk (armour, sticky bombs and a rifle around it).
