Threads of Fate
BronzeFull guideCollapseHow to earn it
Establish your first bond with any ally or region. It happens naturally within the opening hours as you meet allies and help townsfolk, so you'll likely have it before you notice.
Tip
Bonds are the game's progression backbone — treat every side activity as bond XP and you'll cruise through this whole category without grinding.

One Good Turn Deserves Another
BronzeFull guideCollapseHow to earn it
Give your first gift to an ally from the bond menu. Buy or find any giftable item, open the ally's page and hand it over to bump their relationship.
Tip
Every ally has preferred gifts shown by a heart icon — matching their taste gives far more bond XP per gift, which is exactly what you want for the missable rescue trophies.
Veiled Vow
SilverFull guideCollapseStarted your first romantic relationship.
Veiled Vow
SilverFull guideCollapseHow to earn it
Start your first romantic relationship. Raise any romanceable ally's Personal Bond high enough and the romance dialogue option appears — select it to begin the relationship.
Tip
You can romance multiple characters across a save, so just push whichever ally you're already bonding for a rescue trophy — the romance option unlocks along the way at no extra cost.
Fateful Encounter
BronzeFull guideCollapseAchieved your first Lv.4 Personal Bond.
Fateful Encounter
BronzeFull guideCollapseHow to earn it
Reach a Lv.4 Personal Bond with any single ally. Bond Missions give the biggest jumps, backed up by gifts and taking that ally into combat.
Tip
Focus everything on one 'main' ally early — hitting Lv.4 with them also sets you up for their rescue trophy and the romance trophy in one go.
Home Sweet Home
BronzeFull guideCollapseAchieved your first Lv.3 Area Bond.
Home Sweet Home
BronzeFull guideCollapseHow to earn it
Reach a Lv.3 Area Bond in any region. Area Bonds rise by improving public order — liberating enemy outposts, helping residents and clearing the region's activities.
Tip
Area Bonds climb fast in your starting region because you spend the most time there. Just clear its map icons and it'll hit Lv.3 without any dedicated effort.
Friendly Neighborhood Ronin

Friendly Neighborhood Ronin
GoldFull guideCollapseHow to earn it
Complete every Bond Mission for all allies across all three chapters — the game's biggest completion gold. Bond Missions are the character side-stories marked on the map, and each ally has a chain of them that unlocks as the story and their bond progress.
Tip
Do Bond Missions the moment they appear rather than banking them. Several are gated behind story chapters, and clearing them on time is also what secures the three missable ally-rescue trophies.
Social Climber
SilverFull guideCollapseTook part in missions with all available allies.
Social Climber
SilverFull guideCollapseHow to earn it
Take part in at least one mission alongside every recruitable ally. You bring companions into missions, so simply rotate who you pick until each ally has joined you once.
Tip
Keep a mental checklist and deliberately swap in an ally you haven't used before starting each mission — otherwise it's easy to finish the game having only ever run with your two or three favourites.
Solitary Ronin
BronzeFull guideCollapseCompleted a mission without allies.
Solitary Ronin
BronzeFull guideCollapseHow to earn it
Complete any mission without bringing an ally along. Start a mission solo from the prep screen and finish the objective on your own.
Tip
Pick a short, easy mission you've already beaten. Doing it solo also nudges Style Guru along, since all the combat XP funnels to you instead of being shared.
