• Treat the intro as a practice lab. Deliberately whiff Strikes and Shields here to learn the windows while there's no pressure.

What it asks

Clear the second story chapter, where the televised tournament's stakes — and the rivalries between the five teams — start to take shape.

How to earn it

1. Progress the campaign from Engine Start into Burning Ambitions.
2. Win the chapter's scripted races to advance.
3. By now you should be charging Overdrive every race — it makes the AI fields trivial.

What it asks

Clear the third chapter, which introduces the Sync meter and the deeper Overdrive interplay that the late game and several character masteries lean on.

How to earn it

1. Continue the campaign into Sync Rising.
2. Complete its races and story beats.
3. Pay attention to how Sync builds — Keiji and Hope's masteries both revolve around it.

What it asks

Reach and clear the campaign's finale chapter, then sit through the credits. This is the main-story completion gold.

How to earn it

1. Clear every preceding chapter, then play through On a Starlit Stage.
2. Win the climactic final event under the stadium lights.
3. Let the credits roll fully — the trophy pops on the post-credits screen.

• This unlocks while you're chasing the five faction storylines, so you'll likely have it before the combat grind even begins.

Complete the full story arc of the Green Reapers — the grief-driven crew led through Hiroshi, whose Unstable Boost embodies a racer running on rage.

How to earn it

1. From the team/story select, pick the Green Reapers line and clear all of its events.
2. Each team storyline is a short series of races with cutscenes — no missables, fully replayable.
3. Counts toward Lore Master.

What it asks

Complete the storyline of Strike Force Romanda, the militaristic team fronted by Ritsuko and her 'Take Your Heart' ability.

How to earn it

1. Select the Strike Force Romanda story and clear every event in the arc.
2. Watch the cutscenes through to the team's resolution.
3. Counts toward Lore Master.

What it asks

Complete the Jupiter Stormers arc — the experimental, science-obsessed team led by Lavinia, whose Hyperactive Boost rewards frame-perfect Perfect Boosts.

How to earn it

1. Pick the Jupiter Stormers storyline and clear all of its events.
2. Finish the arc's final race and cutscene.
3. Counts toward Lore Master.

What it asks

Complete the Kagawa-Kai storyline, the yakuza-styled family led by Masato Kagawa, a tale of tradition, debt and breaking a generational cycle.

How to earn it

1. Select the Kagawa-Kai story and clear every event.
2. See the arc through to its conclusion.
3. Counts toward Lore Master.

What it asks

Complete the Anaconda Corp arc — the corporate powerhouse whose heir-apparent Gabriel races with the Entropy-fuelled Ruthless Heir skill.

How to earn it

1. Pick the Anaconda Corp storyline and clear all of its events.
2. Finish the final event and cutscene.
3. Counts toward Lore Master.

What it asks

The cumulative story gold: finish the Green Reapers, Strike Force Romanda, Jupiter Stormers, Kagawa-Kai and Anaconda Corp arcs.

How to earn it

1. Clear all five team storylines (The emptiness of revenge, Hard truths, Dangerous knowledge, Ending the cycle and Heir to the chair).
2. The trophy pops the moment the fifth arc is done.
3. None of the arcs are long — this is more a checklist than a challenge.
