Character Mastery I
The platinum's defining grind: every one of Screamer's eighteen drivers has a unique mastery feat tied to their signature skill, and you need all of them. This page covers the first nine — Hiroshi, Akane, Noboru, Lavinia, Mr. Apollo, Gregor, Gabriel, Dirk and Akemi. The golden rule: stack masteries with everything else — drive each character through their team's storyline and Score Challenge, and grind KO-based masteries (Dirk, Akemi) at the same time as the big combat silvers. None are missable.
Hiroshi
BronzeFull guideCollapse
Perform 100 Boosts using Hiroshi's Unstable Boost.
Hiroshi
BronzeFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Boost 100 times while driving Hiroshi, whose signature Unstable Boost is a higher-risk, higher-reward boost that builds and discharges quickly.
How to earn it
- Drive Hiroshi and trigger his Unstable Boost every time it's available — short tracks let you boost more often per lap.
- The count is cumulative across races, so just keep racing as him.
- Score Challenge or a long custom race with many laps farms this fastest.
Akane
BronzeFull guideCollapse
Perform 50 Boosts using Akane's Strike Forcers' Favorite.
Akane
BronzeFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Boost 50 times as Akane using her Strike Forcers' Favorite ability — a lower target than Hiroshi's, so one of the quicker masteries.
How to earn it
- Drive Akane and use her boost repeatedly.
- Cumulative across races — a couple of longer races clears 50.
- Pair with her Score Challenge / Kagawa-Kai outings.
Noboru
BronzeFull guideCollapse
Gain 100 Entropy segments using Noboru's Former Glory.
Noboru
BronzeFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Accumulate 100 Entropy meter segments while driving Noboru, whose Former Glory skill generates Entropy as you race.
How to earn it
- Drive Noboru and play to build Entropy — his kit fills it through sustained aggressive driving.
- Each segment gained counts; 100 is cumulative.
- Keep racing him in any mode until it ticks over.
Lavinia
BronzeFull guideCollapse
Perform 100 Perfect Boosts using Lavinia's Hyperactive Boost.
Lavinia
BronzeFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Land 100 Perfect Boosts as Lavinia — a Perfect Boost is a frame-timed boost input, so this rewards precision rather than just volume.
How to earn it
- Drive Lavinia and practise hitting the Perfect Boost window (a tighter, better-rewarded version of a normal boost).
- Only perfectly-timed boosts count toward the 100.
- Grind on a track you know so you can nail the timing consistently.
Pro tips
- This is one of the more skill-dependent masteries — drill the timing in a short track loop before committing to the full 100.
Mr. Apollo
BronzeFull guideCollapse
Win 10 races without self-destructing using Mr. Apollo's Proto-ECHO.
Mr. Apollo
BronzeFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Win 10 races as Mr. Apollo without ever triggering the self-destruct downside of his volatile Proto-ECHO system.
How to earn it
- Drive Mr. Apollo and manage his Proto-ECHO so it never overloads/self-destructs during a race.
- Win the race intact; repeat for 10 clean wins.
- Run weaker AI lobbies so winning is easy and you can focus purely on not blowing up.
Gregor
BronzeFull guideCollapse
Reach maximum ECHO Evolution level 30 times as Gregor.
Gregor
BronzeFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Drive Gregor and push his ECHO Evolution mechanic to its maximum level 30 separate times (typically once or more per race).
How to earn it
- Race Gregor and build his ECHO Evolution to max during each race.
- Each time you cap it counts; reach max 30 times total.
- Cumulative across races — long races let you max it more than once each.
Gabriel
BronzeFull guideCollapse
Gain 100 Entropy segments using Gabriel's Ruthless Heir.
Gabriel
BronzeFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Accumulate 100 Entropy segments while driving Gabriel, whose Ruthless Heir skill feeds on Entropy generated through aggressive racing.
How to earn it
- Drive Gabriel and race aggressively to keep Entropy flowing.
- Bank 100 cumulative segments.
- Fold it into the Anaconda Corp storyline (Heir to the chair).
Dirk
BronzeFull guideCollapse
Execute 100 KOs using Dirk's Blood Thirst.
Dirk
BronzeFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Score 100 KOs while driving Dirk, whose Blood Thirst skill is built around relentless takedowns.
How to earn it
- Drive Dirk in Team Race (most targets) and KO rivals with his kit.
- 100 KOs cumulative.
- Because it's just KO volume, this also feeds the Sharpshooter / combat grinds.
Akemi
BronzeFull guideCollapse
Execute 100 KOs in Overdrive using Akemi's Something to Prove.
Akemi
BronzeFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Score 100 KOs while in Overdrive as Akemi, whose Something to Prove skill rewards an aggressive Overdrive playstyle.
How to earn it
- Drive Akemi, build Overdrive, then KO rivals while the super-state is active.
- Only KOs landed during Overdrive count; 100 cumulative.
- Team Race gives the most Overdrive KO opportunities.
