Survival, Ranks & Skills

Survivor, Agility and Power ranks, rescuing survivors, capturing Safe Zones, clearing Quarantine Zones and the craft/lockpick milestones.

☀️ Play at night for double Survivor XP — it fast-tracks the rank trophies while you tackle the night-only kills.

Get 15 Relief Packages

TypeBronze
LocationOpen world
MissableNo
DifficultyMedium

How to earn it

Collect 15 airdropped Relief Packages — the supply crates that drop around the map and are flagged with a marker. Reach each one before rival scavengers loot it.

Tip

Airdrops appear over time as you play, so just detour to every marker you see. They also contain good loot and blueprints, so they're worth grabbing regardless of the trophy.

Save 15 survivors from zombies

TypeBronze
LocationOpen world
MissableNo
DifficultyMedium

How to earn it

Save 15 survivors from zombies. Answer the random 'survivor in danger' events (marked on the map/compass) and clear the attacking infected before the survivor dies.

Tip

These events fire constantly while you free-roam, so this pops naturally if you respond to them. Rush in fast — the survivor has a health bar, and letting them die means that event doesn't count.

Save 15 survivors from Rais's men

TypeBronze
LocationOpen world
MissableNo
DifficultyMedium

How to earn it

Save 15 survivors from Rais's men. Same as the zombie rescues, but the attackers are human bandits — answer those events and defeat the thugs before the survivor is killed.

Tip

Human-threat events are rarer than zombie ones, so don't skip any you come across. The bandits also drop ammo, which conveniently supplies your Harran Shooting Club grind.

Complete 15 Agility or Power Challenges

TypeSilver
LocationOpen world
MissableNo
DifficultyMedium

How to earn it

Complete 15 Agility or Power Challenges — the optional timed parkour and combat trials scattered around both maps (marked with a stopwatch icon).

Tip

You only need 15 total across either type, so cherry-pick the quick, easy ones near your route. They also give big proficiency XP, feeding the Agile and Strong trophies at the same time.

Sell items worth 10,000 dollars

TypeBronze
LocationOngoing
MissableNo
DifficultyEasy

How to earn it

Sell items worth 10,000 dollars in total to quartermasters. It tracks cumulative sales, so it's about volume over time, not a single big sale.

Tip

Dump junk loot, duplicate weapons and gear you've outgrown every time you visit a merchant. Over a full playthrough you'll cross 10,000 without ever deliberately grinding for it.

Complete all Quarantine Zones

TypeSilver
LocationQuarantine Zones
MissableNo
DifficultyMedium

How to earn it

Complete all Quarantine Zones — the infested indoor GRE zones scattered across both maps. Enter each, reach the objective and grab the loot to clear it.

Tip

Quarantine Zones hold the best blueprints and gear in the game, so clearing them all is worthwhile anyway. You'll also meet your first Screamer inside one, covering Hush, Hush Now.

Capture all Safe Zones

TypeSilver
LocationSafe Zones
MissableNo
DifficultyMedium

How to earn it

Capture all Safe Zones — clear the enemies out of each safehouse and switch its power on to secure it.

Tip

Do these early: each captured safe zone becomes a fast-travel-adjacent respawn and a fence/UV-trap farm for the Electrified! and Enlightened! trophies. Clearing them makes the whole game smoother.

Craft your first item

TypeBronze
LocationEarly game
MissableNo
DifficultyEasy

How to earn it

Craft your first item. Unmissable — you craft a medkit or weapon upgrade during the tutorial.

Tip

Get into the habit of crafting early: medkits, lockpicks and throwing stars are all made here, and constant crafting is exactly what Master Crafter's 100-blueprint-uses trophy needs.

Use Blueprints at least 100 times

TypeBronze
LocationOngoing
MissableNo
DifficultyMedium

How to earn it

Use blueprints 100 times. Each craft of a blueprinted item — medkits, throwing knives, weapon mods, lockpicks — counts once toward the total.

Tip

Medkits and throwing stars are cheap and constantly useful, so craft them in batches whenever you're at a workbench. Over a playthrough of regular crafting you'll pass 100 without a dedicated grind.

Perform 10 successful Lockpicks

TypeBronze
LocationOngoing
MissableNo
DifficultyEasy

How to earn it

Successfully pick 10 locks. Practise the lockpick minigame on the many locked chests, vans and doors around Harran.

Tip

Lower-difficulty locks are forgiving and give the same credit, so pop every easy chest you pass. Locked containers also hold good loot, so this pays for itself.

Reach Survivor Rank lvl 12

TypeBronze
LocationOngoing
MissableNo
DifficultyEasy

How to earn it

Reach Survivor Rank level 12. Survivor XP comes from quests, helping survivors and — crucially — being active at night, which doubles the rate.

Tip

If you want it faster, do a night run of activities: the double Survivor XP makes rank 12 arrive quickly, and you can knock out the nocturnal kill trophies on the same outing.

Reach Survivor Rank lvl 18

TypeSilver
LocationOngoing
MissableNo
DifficultyMedium

How to earn it

Reach Survivor Rank level 18 — a good deal higher than rank 12, so it needs sustained play. Night activity's double Survivor XP is the key accelerator.

Tip

Bank a big Survivor-XP payout by doing risky night missions and only cashing in (returning to a safe zone) at dawn — dying at night forfeits a chunk of pending XP, so play it safe near the end of a run.

Agile

BronzeFull guideCollapse

Reach Agility Prof. Lvl 10

TypeBronze
LocationOngoing
MissableNo
DifficultyEasy

How to earn it

Reach Agility proficiency level 10 — earned by running, climbing, jumping and parkour. It rises constantly through normal traversal.

Tip

Never fast-travel when you can free-run instead, and take the rooftop route. Drop-attacks and vaults also grant Agility XP, so the combat trophies feed this too.

Reach Power Prof. Lvl 10

TypeBronze
LocationOngoing
MissableNo
DifficultyEasy

How to earn it

Reach Power proficiency level 10 — earned through melee combat, especially with heavy weapons and finishing moves.

Tip

Favour two-handed weapons and kill with melee rather than guns or throws while grinding this. The many kill-count trophies (kicks, grapples, ground pounds) all pour Power XP in as a bonus.
