Meet Isabella in secret in the garden — an optional story moment rather than a required objective.

Tip

Easy to walk past if you rush the main objective. When the chapter gives you freedom, take the detour to the garden.

How to earn it

Complete the Palio race in under 8 minutes.

Tip

Cut the corners the AI won't, keep the horse's stamina from bottoming out, and don't over-sprint the early stretch. Replay the chapter if your first run is slow — the story trophy pops regardless of time.

How to earn it

Customize a car. Buy a spray can (1,000) from Pasquale's Store, then take a car to any garage and change its colour via the styles menu.

Tip

A cheap respray is all it takes; it also helps shake police attention after a job.

How to earn it

Customize a horse. At the stables (Chapter 4 onward), open the customization menu for your horse and equip any accessory or outfit.

Tip

Horses are your main early transport — any saddle/accessory swap counts.

How to earn it

Beat the train in the roadside challenge — outrun it to the crossing.

Tip

Take the straightest line and start early; a fast car with good top speed matters more than handling here.

How to earn it

Equip a Charm. Charms are small buff items collected or bought from Pasquale's Store. Open the pause menu, go to Charms, and equip any one.

Tip

Keep a combat charm slotted anyway — the bonuses help on higher difficulty.

How to earn it

Crack a safe without the combination — do the listening minigame rather than using a found code.

Tip

Turn the dial slowly and stop on the audio/haptic cue for each number. Doing it manually once is all that's required.

How to earn it

Fix a broken vehicle with the crank. When a car has stalled/broken down, go to the front of the car and use the hand crank to kick the engine back to life.

Tip

Early cars in this 1900s setting need cranking — you'll get a natural chance during the story, or stall one deliberately in free-roam.

How to earn it

Jump a car over 40 metres.

Tip

Look for a steep ramp-like slope or a broken bridge on the coastal roads, and hit it with your fastest car at full speed.

Buy every car Pasquale has available.

Tip

Purely a money trophy — sell what you don't need and finish side work until you can afford the lot.

How to earn it

Hold 120 km/h for at least 15 seconds.

Tip

Use a long coastal straight in free roam with a fully upgraded fast car — country lanes have too many bends to hold the speed.

Complete “Playing with Fire.” A story/side objective — play through the “Playing with Fire” sequence to completion to pop it.

How to earn it

Complete all Races in Free Ride, earning at least a medal in each.

Tip

Only a medal is needed, not gold — so a clean, consistent run beats a risky one. Upgrade your car before starting the set.

How to earn it

Complete all Standoffs, earning at least a medal in each. Standoffs are The Old Country's tense one-on-one duel encounters (quick-draw/knife face-offs). Clear every one and score at least a medal.

Tip

Learn the duel timing — react to the tell and strike cleanly; you can retry Standoffs to earn the medal if you botch one.

Complete all Assassinations in Free Ride, earning at least a medal in each.

Tip

These three Free Ride sets (Races, Standoffs, Assassinations) are the bulk of the update's trophies — work through them from the map once the story is done.
