The four Sparkling Spirit Stones
Each stone is made from two shards: one from an ending, one from a Side Story. Equipped at the Ritual Altar, they change the ending.

Collect and fully upgrade all 71 charms (Spirit Stones count). 33 come from the story and Side Stories, 36 are unlocked in the shop (Twin Dolls unlock more of them), and the final 2 come from clearing the game on Nightmare with The Remaining Sun. Buying and upgrading every shop charm costs 3,975,100 Photo Points, so this is a last-step grind alongside the bead farm.

The first shard comes with your first clear. Then replay the Final Chapter: after escaping the Tachibana House with Mayu, photograph the Specters in the Kurosawa House courtyard and take their journal. After you're separated from Mayu, photograph the new Specters in the film projector room, then go to Ukishima (the small island right of the Kurosawa House bridge, revealed with the Exposure Filter) for Yae and Sae's Specters. Next, the Minakami Village Storehouse (a scene with Itsuki and Yae), and finally the torii gate at Misono Hill. Each stop leaves a journal; the last completes the stone.

Equip it for The Promise.

The first shard comes with your first clear. The Side Story has four remnants of the Folklorist, each revealed with the Exposure Filter: in Chapter 4 in the Underground Path beneath the Osaka House; in Chapter 7 near the ladder when you go back underground for the camera beneath the Kiryu House Doll Room; and in the Final Chapter, one by the collapsed rocks in the upper right of the Underground Deep Path below Eikadō Temple and the last right before the Ritual Altar.

Two Side Stories. The first, from the start of Chapter 5: photograph Sae outside the Kurosawa House Storehouse Cell and take the broken Fluorite, photograph her again in the hallway by the Master's Room, photograph the shadow scene in the Hina Doll Room and take the file behind the partition, then reveal Sae's remnant in the Main Hall with the Exposure Filter.
The second opens in the Final Chapter once you have The Promise: photograph her remnant in the Main Hall, then another in the Storehouse, then her final Specter at the village gate on Misono Hill.

Equip it together with Mayu's for Sprouting Wings.

Needs the Kusabi's stone and The Abyss first. Replay Chapter 8: after escaping the Tachibana House with Mayu and before the Old Tree, pick up the letter by the door on the Heavenly Bridge and photograph Mayu. Then go to Ukishima and take the Film Reel, play it in the Kiryu House Projection Room, and carry on until Mayu collapses in the Old Tree: interact with her to see her dream, and the stone is complete.
