Photograph all 264 Specters. They're harmless, appear for a few seconds and vanish, so this is about timing rather than skill. Whenever a cutscene ends, the camera reacts strangely or a new area opens, raise the Camera Obscura straight away.
Tip
This is the trophy most likely to send you back to a chapter, so follow a route guide on your first run if you can.

Photograph all 39 Revenants: invisible spirits fixed to one spot that only appear through the Exposure Filter, which you get in Chapter 3. Many are in optional rooms and several are tied to Side Stories, so some have to wait for the post-game.
Tip
Any spot that reacts to the Exposure Filter is worth a photo: it may be a Revenant rather than a Phantom Exposé.

Photograph all 47 Twin Dolls: white paired dolls tied with crimson thread. Both dolls have to be in the same photo. If one of a pair is missing, switch to the Paraceptual Filter and take a photo: a crimson butterfly appears and leads you to the other one.
Tip
Laying the dolls to rest also unlocks more charms in the shop, which helps Extensive Protection.

Each filter has its own, paid for with Willpower: Suppress with the Standard Filter pushes Wraiths back, Blind with the Paraceptual Filter takes away their sight, Slow with the Exposure Filter slows them, and Purge with the Radiant Filter is a charged shot. They add up over normal play.

Take 10 Sneak Shots: photos of a Wraith that hasn't noticed you. Crouch, switch off the flashlight and use cover. The shot doesn't have to kill.
A good early spot is in Chapter 2: after beating The Entrapped and taking the left Twin Jizo Key, go west up the steps. A Pole Bearer is standing with its back to you on the left, and another Wraith is round the next corner. Snap both, reload the checkpoint and repeat.

Take 10 Multi Shots: four or more Wraiths in the frame at once. There are few chances, so farm it. In the Final Chapter, the Kurosawa Patriarch in the Hall of Ropes summons four Veiled Priests together. Take the shot the moment the reticle covers all four, check for the Multi Shot notice in the top-left, then reload your latest autosave and repeat.

Trigger Fatal Time 10 times. Damage a Wraith until its health drops past the vertical white mark on its bar: it enters Shutter Chance and is briefly defenceless. Then land a Fatal Frame on it. You enter Fatal Time, a short window of repeated shots that use no film.

Dodge a grab once. When a Wraith lunges in close, press dodge at the right moment. Wraiths also grab outside fights, for example when you reach for an item: pull your hand back quickly.

Dodge a leer once: a Wraith teleports in front of you while the camera is raised and stares at you. Press dodge to avoid its gaze, which also opens a counterattack. Leers also happen outside fights, for example when you open certain doors.

Beat Sae using only Type-07, the weakest default film. Sae only appears on the enhanced ending routes (The Abyss, Sprouting Wings and The Remaining Sun), so do it on Story difficulty during The Abyss or Sprouting Wings, with a well-upgraded camera and plenty of healing.
In the first phase, Mayu, possessed by Sae, teleports close and tries fast grabs: wait for her to come in and punish with Fatal Frames.
