Story, Bosses & Partners
The backbone of the platinum — 20 trophies for climbing Aincrad, exploring its towns, unlocking floor maps, bonding with the whole cast and clearing bosses. Almost all of it comes just from playing the campaign; the only real tests are the two golds: reaching the ending and beating the superboss, the Tezca Death Wielder.
How to approach it
- Follow the main quest first — it naturally walks you through the towns, floor maps, partner introductions and boss fights, popping most of these along the way.
- Say yes to party invites — becoming partners with each character is usually tied to their introduction or a short bonding side quest, so don't skip their dialogue.
- Save the two golds for when you're strong — the ending and the Tezca Death Wielder both want a leveled, well-geared character, which you'll have after the collection grind.

Boss Killer
BronzeFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Defeat 100 bosses total — this counts field bosses, dungeon bosses and Floor Bosses across the whole game, tracked cumulatively.
How to earn it
- Just keep clearing content — field and dungeon bosses respawn, so hunting them for gear and XP racks this up naturally.
- If you're short at the end, farm a nearby field boss on repeat; it's a grind trophy, not a skill one.
Seal Breaker
BronzeFull guideCollapseDefeat a variety of Ark bosses.
Seal Breaker
BronzeFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Ark bosses are the special sealed bosses tied to Aincrad's structure. Defeat a variety of them (a set number of different ones).
How to earn it
- Seek out and clear the marked Ark boss encounters as you unlock each floor.
- They also feed Boss Killer and drop strong gear, so prioritise them.
Prismatic Powerhouse
SilverFull guideCollapseObtain all Key Stones.
Prismatic Powerhouse
SilverFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Key Stones are the special gate keys scattered through Aincrad — typically rewards from Ark bosses, major quests and locked areas. Collect every one.
How to earn it
- Clear the content that awards Key Stones — mainly Ark bosses and story milestones on each floor.
- Check your key inventory against the tracker; any missing one points to an unfinished boss or gate.
Aincrad's Beacon
SilverFull guideCollapseComplete a variety of side quests.
Aincrad's Beacon
SilverFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Finish a variety of side quests — the game tracks a set number of completed optional quests toward this silver.
How to earn it
- Pick up and clear the side quests posted in each town (NPCs with quest markers).
- Many also give the partner bonds, Col and materials you need elsewhere, so do them as you go — you'll pass the threshold comfortably.
The Order of the Cherry Blossom
GoldFull guideCollapseReach the ending.
The Order of the Cherry Blossom
GoldFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Complete the main campaign and reach the ending — the single biggest trophy by value.
How to earn it
- Progress the main quest through the floors to the finale. Make sure you're adequately leveled and geared before the closing story boss.
- The gold pops on the ending; the world stays open afterwards for any remaining cleanup.
Those Who Transcend Death
GoldFull guideCollapseDefeat the Tezca Death Wielder.
Those Who Transcend Death
GoldFull guideCollapseWhat it asks
Defeat the Tezca Death Wielder — the game's optional superboss and the toughest fight on the list. This is the trophy most players save for last.
How to beat it
- Come prepared: hit or near Level 100, upgrade a weapon to its final tier, and stock a full set of Healing Crystals (see the Skills page).
- Bring your strongest Sword Skills and a partner whose kit covers your weaknesses.
- Learn its attack patterns, dodge its heavy tells, and burst it during openings. With max level and gear it's very doable; undergeared, it's a wall.
