Tip
Mafia II's Hard mode is about cover discipline, not reflexes: enemies deal heavy damage and health regenerates slowly. Stay behind cover, lean out for headshots, and carry a shotgun for close rooms. Doing Hard on your first run saves a whole playthrough.
