Campaign Evolved is a ground-up remake of the original Halo: Combat Evolved — all ten classic missions plus three brand-new ones — and it lands on PS5 with a 58-trophy list that asks a lot of you. This isn't a story-and-collectibles stroll: the platinum is gated behind some of the toughest challenges Halo has ever put in an achievement list.
The Path to "Fully Evolved"
Play the campaign on Normal/Heroic
Clear all 13 missions and enjoy it once. Good news: difficulty trophies stack — a LASO clear awards Legendary, Heroic and Normal too — so this first run is purely to learn the missions. Nothing is missable either: every skull and terminal can be mopped up later via chapter select.
Mop up combat & mission challenges
Knock out the grindy combat trophies (100 headshot kills, 100 Grunt backpacks, 25 Hunter backplates, 10 vehicle hijacks) and the one-off mission stunts (the Warthog run with no ejection, the damage-free 343 Guilty Spark floor, and the like).
Collect all 39 Skulls & 13 Terminals
Sweep every mission for its skulls and terminals — Headhunter (all 39 skulls), Lore Have Mercy (all 13 terminals) and the per-mission recovery trophies build to Collector's Addition (everything).
Collect 39 skulls → go straight to LASO
You need all 39 skulls first — that's what unlocks LASO mode. Then go straight to MYTHIC: the full campaign with LASO (Legendary, All Skulls On, 17 negative modifiers). Because difficulty stacks, this one run also awards Living Legend (Legendary) and the lower tiers — no separate Legendary playthrough needed. This is the platinum's true wall.
The no-death & pacifist runs → Platinum
Clear the Remixed missions, then Mix Master (a whole Remixed Campaign without dying) and Map Quest (finish Silent Cartographer with no shooting, grenades, melee, deaths or restarts). Land these and Fully Evolved — the platinum — is yours.

LASO — the campaign on Legendary with every Skull active
The headline blocker. "LASO" (Legendary All Skulls On) is a fan challenge Halo Studios made official — hardest difficulty plus every gameplay-altering Skull switched on at once. Expect one-shot deaths, no radar, and enemies that never stop swinging. The single hardest thing in the platinum.
Complete an entire Remixed Campaign without dying
A full no-death run of the Remixed missions. One mistake anywhere and you start over — a patience-and-mastery test on top of everything else.
Silent Cartographer with no shooting, grenades, melee, deaths or restarts
A pure pacifist run of one of Halo's most iconic levels — you can't attack at all, can't die, and can't restart. All positioning, timing and route knowledge.
Complete any Heroic-or-higher mission without taking health damage
Shields can drop, but the moment your health takes a hit it's void. Doable on the right mission, but it demands clean, careful play.

Is the platinum hard?
Yes — it's one of the tougher platinums of the year. The wall is LASO (the campaign on Legendary with every Skull on), plus a no-death Remixed Campaign and a pacifist Silent Cartographer run.
What is LASO?
"Legendary, All Skulls On" — beat the whole campaign on the hardest difficulty with every gameplay-altering Skull active at once. It's the MYTHIC trophy and the single hardest requirement.
How many skulls and terminals are there?
39 Skulls and 13 Terminals. You need every one for Collector's Addition.
How long does the platinum take?
Plan for a long haul — the LASO run alone is a full Legendary playthrough with every Skull on, on top of all 39 Skulls, 13 Terminals and the combat trophies. Expect a tough-platinum grind, not a weekend.
Are there any online or multiplayer trophies?
No — every one of the 58 trophies is earned in the single-player campaign. Nothing is online or server-dependent, so none of it is at risk of becoming unobtainable.
When does it release, and can I play early?
It launches July 28, 2026, with up to 5 days of early access from July 23 for Digital Premium / Deluxe edition owners.
