Guardians of the Galaxy · Trophy Guide

Combat & Abilities

All 26 of these come naturally as you fight through the campaign — but a few are easy to overlook. The kill-counter trophies are cumulative, so if any are left over at the credits, spin up a fight or replay a combat-heavy chapter (combat progress does carry via chapter select) to top them up.

Elemental Set (Flash Freeze · Shock and Awe · Fan Friction · Lava Launcher)

Bronze ×4Full guideCollapse

Acquire the Ice, Lightning, Wind and Plasma elements.

Star-Lord's guns gain four elements at fixed story points:

  • Flash Freeze — Ice element.
  • Shock and Awe — Lightning element.
  • Fan Friction — Wind element.
  • Lava Launcher — Plasma element.

All four are unmissable story unlocks — you get them automatically as you progress.

Interrupts & Auto-Combos — 8 bronze

Character Interrupts (No Way, Nova Corps · Slakebuster · Groot Canal · Drax the Dismemberer)

Bronze ×4Full guideCollapse

Use the right companion to interrupt/finish specific enemies.

  • No Way, Nova Corps — interrupt a charging Nova Centurion with Gamora's ability.
  • Slakebuster — interrupt a Slakebeast with Drax.
  • Groot Canal — interrupt a Charger with Groot.
  • Drax the Dismemberer — dismember an Inquisitor with Drax.

Watch the enemy prompt icons — they tell you which companion can interrupt that foe.

Auto-Combos (Killer Friendship · Katathian Handshake · Aim Assist · Timber!)

Bronze ×4Full guideCollapse

Land an auto-combo finisher with each teammate.

When a companion's meter is ready and an enemy is prompted, trigger the flashy team auto-combo — once with each:

  • Killer Friendship — Gamora.
  • Katathian Handshake — Drax.
  • Aim Assist — Rocket.
  • Timber! — Groot.
Combat Milestones & Counters — 11 bronze

Combat Basics (Pick Me Up · Stagger Swagger · Unstoppable Force · The Crowd Goes Wild)

Bronze ×4Full guideCollapse

Revive, stagger, hit max Momentum, and Flair Attack.

  • Pick Me Up — revive a downed team member.
  • Stagger Swagger — stagger 25 enemies (cumulative).
  • Unstoppable Force — reach maximum Momentum 10 times.
  • The Crowd Goes Wild — execute a Flair Attack (the dance-move buff) 10 times.

All happen naturally through normal combat — you'll likely have them before the halfway mark.

Ability-Kill Counters (7 bronze)

Bronze ×7Full guideCollapse

Rack up kills with specific abilities and weapons.

Each is a cumulative kill count — favour the relevant ability across fights:

  • Set 'em Up, Knock 'em Down — 15 staggered enemies with a charged shot.
  • Bullet Hell — 15 enemies with Fan the Hammer.
  • Adding Injury to Insult — 10 enemies affected by Wrath of Katath.
  • Trained to Perfection — 10 enemies with Executioner.
  • Boom Show — 20 enemies with Five Barrel Barrage.
  • Herbal Remedy — heal companions 10 times with Gift of the Florae.
  • Altitude Adjustment — 20 enemies with Eye of the Hurricane.
Anything left at the credits can be farmed by chapter-selecting a combat-heavy chapter — combat progress isn't reset (only collectibles are).
